    Magdalena received her LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1997. Furthermore, she has taken several specialization courses on issues related to the corporate law practice, including, among others, Refresher Course on Corporate Law (Universidad de Buenos Aires); Seminar on Trusts (Universidad Austral); Issues in U.S. Contract Law: A Practical and Comparative Workshop (Universidad Austral); Course on Finance and Financial Statements for Attorneys (Centro de Estudios de Derecho Profundizado); Refresher Course on Corporate Law (Universidad Austral); Course on Advertising and Law – The Protection and Limits of Advertising Creation (Universidad Austral); Intensive Course on Corporate Conflicts (Fundación para la Investigación y Desarrollo de las Ciencias Jurídicas).

    Specialization

    In the area of corporate law, Magdalena is part of a team of lawyers entirely dedicated to providing advice on corporate and general business matters, mergers and acquisitions to foreign and local companies doing business in Argentina.

    She also supervises the legal affairs of multinational groups in several Latin American countries and has vast experience in interacting with local managements and attorneys.

    Academic activities

    In 2001, Magdalena was an assistant professor of Corporate Law at the School of Law of the Universidad de Buenos Aires.
