Mandrini, Agostina

Agostina graduated from the Universidad de Belgrano. She is a member of the Environmental Law and Litigation Practice groups. She joined the firm in 2010.

Agostina received her LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad de Belgrano in 2003. She took a graduate course in Damages at the Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina (2007).

Agostina provides general advice on environmental matters. She advices the Firm’s clients (local and multinational companies doing business in Argentina) on environmental matters in order to ensure that such companies comply with the local environmental laws and regulations. She provides advice on environmental audits and due diligence. She also has vast experience in litigation. Agostina is responsible for the comprehensive management of civil and commercial lawsuits involving damages, insurance and insurance companies, liability for medical malpractice, automotive terminals – hidden and manufacturing defects –.
