Education
He earned his LL. B and graduated as a Notary Public at Universidad de la República, Uruguay (UDELAR) in 1994 and 1996, respectively.
Academic Activities
He was a Commercial Law Professor at UDELAR between 1994 and 2008.
Specialization
He specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law. He has participated in due diligence processes within the framework of the acquisition of assets and companies, structuring of businesses, preparation of shareholders’ syndicate agreements, setting up of companies in free trade areas, consumer protection, and bids, assisting major companies in the agriculture and livestock, automotive, commercial, mining, and stationery industries.
As a Notary Public, he has vast experience in rural and urban real estate contracts. He drafted the instruments for the purchase of fields of over 60,000 hectares. His practice also includes structuring guarantees, rural agreements, construction agreements, and trusts, among others.

He co-authored the book “Antecedentes, Fuentes y Concordancias de la Ley de Sociedades Comerciales”, Editorial Universidad de Montevideo, School of Law, 1999.
Memberships
He is a member of the Uruguay Bar Association and the Uruguay Notaries Public Association, where he is also a member of the Commercial Law Committee. He has participated in courses and seminars related to his practice.
