Perelli, Facundo Joaquín
Facundo is an associate at the Corporate Law and Mergers & Acquisitions Department. He began working for the law firm in 2012 until 2016. Later he entered again in 2019.
Mr. Perelli received his LL.B. from the School of Law of the Universidad Católica Argentina in 2013. He also took a certification in finance assessment in the Instituto Argentino Ejecutivo de Finanzas (2016) and certificate in Business law at University of Berkeley, California (2017). Furthermore, he took an LLM at the Universidad de Buenos Aires in Law and Economics (2018).
In the corporate law area, Facundo specializes in the provision of advice on matters related to business and corporate law to multinational companies doing business in Argentina, as well as on merger and acquisition transactions. Moreover, he has been responsible for pursuing complex commercial lawsuits, arbitration proceedings, collective actions and civil lawsuits
He is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and Berkeley Global Society.
