The Firm’s objective is to provide advice in line with its clients’ business needs and thus take actions, labor law-wise, that help attain business goals. In addition, advice proves to be preventive as it allows to establish mechanisms and actions in an attempt to anticipate and prevent possible controversies or litigations and thus optimize results.
Furthermore, Brons & Salas counsels its clients in defining and drafting human resources policies, conducts labor audits and provides advice on the preparation and implementation of processes to reorganize personnel, implement medium- and long-term incentive plans, negotiate collective bargaining agreements and handle industrial disputes, among other issues.
In the litigation area, the Firm represents its clients before the Argentine Ministry of Labor and Social Security, labor administrative authorities in the City of Buenos Aires and the provinces, and labor courts throughout Argentina.
